Through our affiliate partners, the Operations Keys for Our Heroes benefits include:

To be eligible, one must be active U.S. Military or an honorably discharged veteran and must be registered for the program prior to listing their home for sale or entering a purchase transaction as a buyer.

*The amount and manner of the rebate (whether credit in escrow or check after closing) is determined by the mortgage lender, and is subject to state and federal law and lender approval. If the rebate is paid by check, it will be paid within four weeks of closing. To take advantage of the program, you must contact Dilbeck Real Estate’s Operation Keys for Heroes before contacting an agent directly. No rebate is available if you work with an agent directly. The following states currently prohibit rebates: AL, AK, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, OK, OR, TN.  Dilbeck Real Estate can still match you with a great Realtor® in these states. Void where prohibited.
